Professional Relo S.R.L
Centro Direzionale Colleoni – Palazzo Orione 2
20864 Agrate Brianza (MB)
Professional Relo Srl delivers Immigration and Relocation Services for foreign managers moving or relocating to Italy. The company was established in 1994 by Maddalena Michieli, who still runs it, after an experience abroad as an expat’s spouse.
Based at Centro Direzionale Colleoni in Agrate Brianza, near Milan, Professional Relo provides assistance to corporate clients, managing the entry of foreign employees and their families to Italy both bureaucratically and logistically.
Professional Relo’s Immigration and Relocation Teams work separately though synergistically, in the awareness that relocation means a different individual and family experience to each employee, although clear-cut company rules have to be followed, and specific provisions and obligations complied with.
Professional Relo’s core business is focused on the following:
Immigration Services – Work Permits under art. 27 – Extra Quotas Entries, Family Permits / Family Cohesion, Residence Permits…
Destination Services – Targeted housing, schooling, local orientation and settling-in programmes, round-the-clock support while staying in Italy, departure assistance.
Administrative Formalities – Any bureaucratic procedures required to regulate the employees’ stay in Italy for medium to long periods: tax code, registration, registration with the National Health Service, parking permit, current account, waste disposal tax, driving licence conversion etc.
In 2014, in conjunction with the 20th anniversary celebrations, the company achieved the EuRA Global Quality Seal (GQS), the world’s first independent certification programme for relocation providers. Based on an ISO:9001 process management model, the GQS actually goes beyond the basic requirements, specifying both the additional processes and the Key Performance Indicators that are needed to achieve the highest quality standards in the relocation industry (www.eura-relocation.com/?p=the.eura.global.quality.seal).
