In 1989, Marie-Anne Lenclud started her own company: Paris Welcome Service, the same year that Joëlle Touhadian started NDH Conseil. Both companies were rather small and offered destination services only in Paris and the immediate suburbs. In 1995, Marie-Anne and Joëlle met as founding members of the SNPRM (French Relocation Association). In order to respond to the growing demand of their clients, they decided to merge the companies in 2001 and jointly founded France Global Relocation.

Joëlle Annie Touhadian is Chairman and Managing Director of France Global Relocation. Ms. Touhadian has a PhD in French Literature and Civilization and has over 20 years of experience teaching and managing French cultural centers in Lagos (Nigeria), Jeddah (Saudi Arabia), Singapore, Dubai (United Arab Emirates), French Polynesia, and Auckland (New Zealand). Her years of personal expatriate experience as a “Global Nomad” with her own Third Culture Kids prepared her well to establish a relocation company when she returned to France. That company (NDH Conseil) merged with Paris Welcome in 2001 to become France Global Relocation. Ms. Touhadian is President of the SNPRM (French association of Relocation Agents) and a member of the Executive Board of EARP. In addition to managing FGR, she conducts numerous cross-cultural seminars as well as corporate training sessions on the management of relocation policies. Chairman and Managing Director, Marie-Anne Lenclud, has a master’s degree in Spanish followed by years of experience teaching and working in the field of buying for a Spanish company.

Following time spent as an expat, Ms. Lenclud formed her own relocation company, Paris Welcome Service, in 1989. In 2001, her company merged with NDH Conseil to become FGR. Ms. Lenclud served as President of the SNPRM (French relocation association) from 1997 to 2000; and was President of EuRA (European Relocation Association) in 2001.
